Change your picture

I added new photos & paid for them. Yet the results were still unacceptable. This was my fourth order. The previous 3 portraits were amazing except whoever did this one needs to let the other artists to try . I’m totally exhausted & frustrated, and I am sure so are you folks. Either refund my case or have another capable artist to correct the issue. . Thank you for your understanding & assistance.

After receiving the proof three times I replied stating that the head was too large. Proportions were off the hands were very tiny. It looks terrible. I asked you to correct it 3×3 times. I got an email back, saying sorry it’s the holiday and we’re very busy. You shipped a substandard item I will never order from you again I’m very disgusted with your customer service and I’m throwing it in the trash. It’s not worth giving.

Never got my order and no responce

I had to change the picture a few times and the artist/customer service were wonderful to work with, my husband looks amazing. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This service is hilariously awesome. Will use again. Getting the portraits “right” took some time, and I was ok with that. Art takes time! I can’t wait for Christmas… my brother and his wife, and my parents. Gonna get ‘em

Love it almost , I was expecting it to be a bigger size but it was small, but they have been helpful when i was not satisfied with the first preview and had to change the picture but the 2nd time I have to change it I paid $10, oh well we finally got it right

It was really a good experience. I loved all 3 portraits. They were nice and patient to do as many as changes on the picture I sent them. And once I needed to give them a new picture to replace the old one they charged me extra $10. The colors were very true to what you se on their website. And good quality. Watch out for the sizes! The website shows bigger sizes than reality, although they are the right measures as they described on the website. Thank you! I will try again in near future.

We LOVE our Royal portraits! So professional, so fun and such great gifts! Will definitely be ordering again.
