Love it!

Very frustrating that you don't send emails to update status... had to go to the website and enter my order number. No email that art was ready for proof no email that order had shipped Also... never received the link to download the digital file!

The only thing I would do differently next time is to have it framed. I had a hard time getting it into a frame. It turned out beautifully and the people I purchased it for were thrilled beyond belief. I was afraid they would think it was goofy, but they loved it! Great idea for a gift! Thank you!

I think you have a great product. The product isn't the problem; your extremely slow communication problem is. I have been sent to pages that won't open, or if they do, there is no right answer to my question. The support people must be overworked because I get a solution to part of the problem, but the rest is not even acknowledged. I want to be one of your glowing reviews, but I need a way to turn the CORRECT digital file into a canvas print before Christmas to do so. I've lost hope for me, but a better way of communicating would certainly help your customers. Best, Susie Graetz

Its for my daughter for Chriistmas

I purchased two portraits. They are Christmas gifts. I will return to add pictures when they have opened them. They are beautiful. I love them. I am ordering another one to give to a friend.

We LOVED our picture. My husband and boys thought it was so fun and creative and it turned out better then I expected. I got the preview but it didn’t do it justice. This was such a great experience! My dad LOVED his portrait and it has generated so much laughter and conversation. Initially I sent in a photo that didn’t really work for the design I’d chosen, and after asking to have it adjusted a couple times, I emailed a new photo in. No problem or questions from the design team, and the second photo was immediately perfect. We love it. Thank you!!

I had this portraits done from my pageant’s Royal Court. The kings and queens loves them. Everyone that came out to the pageant spoke of how beautiful and different they were. The photos were beautiful. They all loved them. I was very pleased.
