After approved art took another week before I received shipping tracker and the package sat for another two full business days before even being picked up by the carrier. I love the portrait but it would be nice to get updates on the progress of the work and possible delivery date. I ordered another one for an anniversary gift a couple of weeks ago and I have received no information on the progress or delivery date. It's very difficult to order for gifts when there's no information on when the portrait will arrive.

I am ‘floored’ by how beautiful this ‘portrait’ came out. It is a gift for a friend equally obsessed with all things Royal, and she will adore it. The company did a fabulous job making sure the photo we sent fit; they made sure to keep the work very flattering. I want to buy 100 more for other friends and even for their pets. More people need to know about this gift option! I hope the company does something with kilts and highlands next.
