The only thing was I accidentally had it shipped to my old house and when I tried to reach you to tell you the shipping address was wrong all I heard was crickets. The quality of the picture is good but your customer service sucks.

I didn't notice that the male pictured in my purchase looks like he's wearing a bald cap, which is funny since he's naturally bald. Perhaps I didn't look closely when I was reviewing it online. It was evident once the order arrived. I wasn't pleased with the female in the picture but I did approve that because I was on a time crunch. The neck and head ratio didn't look that great.

Gave this portrait as a gift to my parents for Christmas and they absolutely loved it! Huge smiles from both. The price point was a bit higher than I would normally spend but was reasonable given that it was a gift for both of them combined (I bought the medium size on sale for 110, so splitting that between the two of them would be $55 each, which is about what I would spend on separate gifts anyway). It arrived in a box that was well packaged and had no damage on the piece. The portrait was very well-made and seamless.. it really looks like a painting of my parents as Gomez and Morticia. I appreciated that the artist was able to make adjustments like adding my father's large beard to the picture and changing the color of my mother's hair from blonde to Black and even adding the red lipstick. Very satisfied and I would consider buying another print in the future if the website offered a good sale.
