First of all customer service terrible, it took 4 times to get our picture somewhat right. Then I bought the digital & framed picture, ordering it time for my husbands bday, company says I only ordered digital …..for $64? WOW!!! Then when I tried to download the digital it wouldn’t download properly. Unfortunately I will not use this company again!

I had a horrible experience with turn me royal. They did not follow any instructions on edits requested and then when I asked for edits many times they made the painting look nothing like me. Everyone in my family says it looks nothing like me and looks weird. Also, they make all the teeth look exactly the same and not true to yours. They even changed my husbands eye color from light green to dark brown.
Will likely never use this again.

Awful experience with customer service where you sent the painting without finishing my edits. I received no response from customer service and got no help with it. It is particularly bad because this was a WEDDING GIFT and it was a disaster because of your lack of communication.

The photo was awesome and delivery speedy. However after I paid over $100 it went on sale the next week for $89. It would have been nice to save a few bucks. The 20% off doesnt help me. I don’t need another photo. This is a Christmas gift so I don’t have a picture of them receiving it. To be fair you should inform customers when a sale is coming.

I love the background but we had some trouble getting it right. The artist over-edited the woman’s face so she was barely recognizable. I think they tried to make her look younger or their view of ‘pretty’. I sent it back with clear instructions. But there was hardly a difference when I got the second , so I sent it back again. I got a message that there would be a charge even though the ad says I could make as many changes as I wanted. After a couple fails, I said just to plop her head on the painting’s neck. They did. But it was a frustrating experience, unlike another I’d ordered that went beautifully.
