The only thing I could have wished for is that I could have afforded to have gotten the biggest size, instead I got the second smallest but that still turned out amazing.

The portrait is very nice. However, it was shipped in an envelope & was not wrapped in plastic or any protective covering. That resulted in some black marks on the left side of the photo. I’m happy with the portrait but not happy at all with the way it was shipped. I contacted customer service about this but got no response.

I couldn't believe how EASY this process is! I found a good picture of my daughter on my phone, selected the gown I wanted her to be in among many gorgeous options, and emailed her photo to Turn Me Royal. Within 2 days I got the proof to approve. It was perfect! I didn't need to make any changes. I approved it and I received the original by mail a week later. It's on canvas so it looks like an original painting! It also has hanging hooks already mounted on the back, which is great. I've already told many of my friends about this company. It's so FUN to look at all the online photos to choose from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
