This was a terrible AI portrait. I was guaranteed a hand drawn portrait but I got a cheap copy and paste disappointment. And when I requested a refund a 20% charge was deducted from my original order amount. I has been more than two weeks and I’m still waiting for a refund.

Cannot tell the color of the eyes when they send the approval picture. Let them know ASAP so I might have it by the time I needed it. They invoiced me for the reshipment, sent me another approval photo and still have yet to ship although I received an email that it had. Unless it ships overnight tomorrow, I won't have it in time. Very disappointed.

Paid for 2 day shipping. I wanted it in PLENTY of time for Christmas. It did not arrive until January 5. No explanation. O way to contact. They say it takes time to paint the portraits. I call bs on that one. They know what they are doing and know they are false advertising on shipping times.

My dad's 40 year old horse died and I was looking for something that my dad could look at and remember him by. I found this site and it had a picture of a cowboy and a horse that looked just like my dad's horse. It was such a wonderful coincidence. I first thought that this product was overly priced until it arrived. It was one of the best purchases I have ever made. It looked so natural. It brought tears to my dad's eyes. My dad loves westerns and he loved his horse so to see himself as a cowboy with a horse like his that recently passed was so emotional for him. This was such a special gift that my family will never forget. I highly recommend this to anyone because we loved it!

This was a birthday gift for my dad. I could tell he did not like it. He posted it on Facebook and there were a lot of comments about how weird it looked. Maybe I did something wrong, but I did go back and forth with a person at Turn Me Royal. They said I could only ask for one edit and after that, that was it. Clearly the head is way too big and the hat needs to be pulled down more. It's crazy I spent over $100 on this. I'll never order from here again.
