Photo was exactly what the recipient wanted. Some family members criticized, because the skin color was too light, but this was more an issue of lighting, as TurnMeRoyal used the proper color indications that were sent. Things would certainly be better if there were more options for Egyptian, African, and other non-European cultures. This one worked well because the family member wanted an image that looked like Queen Nefertiti, but most other family members would probably want a more feminine-looking image from places like Egypt, Arabia, and Africa. Still, it was very much as-expected. We do not have an artist’s name, though.

I loved the example. I tried to find a photo of my wife with a similar expression. I think her head came out a little too big on the portrait. In retrospect, I wish I had chosen a portrait requiring a smaller headshot.
