The art work came out very good. One thing I did not like that it was hard to communicate to the artist what I wanted to change. She/he did not understood me from the first time. In the end everything was good. They even send duplicate picture to me for free since first one had scratch on it.

I think the portrait is very well done! They were able to quickly make adjustments outside of my original picture. I gave them examples of hair style and they perfectly matched what I ask for...plus. I couldn't be more pleased and it was just plain fun on top of it all. I am potentially planning Xmas presents for people I think will enjoy it. I got the 8x10 which is a nice size for display without overwhelming a room, but the larger/est picture would be nice in a prominent place. I already ordered another type for myself:)

Turns out the review and communication was going to my spam folder, with so much on the line and days without response I wish someone had tried to call/text or get some kind of response! By the time I got in communication with Turn Me Royal, they said it was too late and I would get what I get. Luckily it turned out great, crisis averted.

While I enjoyed the first portrait from this company... My second experience will be settled and disputed through credit card company. I had initially ordered another 2 portraits, but changed my mind within 24 hours. Then they send me "approval" email for portraits I cancelled. Now they are trying to "shister" their way into keeping my money and force a product I clearly do not want. This will be submitted to our credit card company since I have not received any product from this company. Can't keep money that doesn't belong to you.
