Well, first when I handed the wrapped canvas, I put a beautiful bow on it with gold band on it; I said "to the royal couple!" My daught in law opened it and yell out with joy "oh my gosh!" When I received it and open it for the first time, I laughed as I studied it a little bit more. I was a little disappointed seeing that my wifeās picture was animated and mine was not. 1st: the proof that was sent to review was so tiny there was no way to make sure it looked real. 2nd: Never received the digital photos which was to be free. 3rd: I paid for the bigger size and received something smaller than an 4 by 8. Which wouldāve really been worse since our heads looked copied and pasted on the bodies. 4th: our heads were cropped out of the pics and put on the bodies. 5th: our skin tones donāt match our faces which couldnāt be seen from the small proofs. 6th: there is no such thing as customer service at this place. I have been waiting on an email response to 1 of this issues and itās been about 21 days and all I received was an automated response. 7th: I paid for express shipping and it still took over 14 business days. If you do decide to try them good luck. Worst experience trying them. My advice is to try another company. I waisted 200 dollars. No way to refund or get it corrected. Not even worth the one star.

I ordered this as a gift for my dad and stepmom, and it did not turn out as expected. I had the order sent directly to them, and I wish I had it shipped to me to look at first. My dad likes it, but my stepmom hates how she looks in it, and I can't disagree. Her head is inverted and the wrong size for the body. It looks completely disjointed. They refuse to send it back to get fixed, so it's just a total waste at this point. I requested revisions 2 times, and the third one got sent without approval because I didn't see it in time, as they sent me the revisions on Thanksgiving day. I came back to my desk Monday to see what was sent for production and asked them to please not send that to my parents. I was told it was too late, and it could be sent back if it didn't look right in person. I won't get to see it in person, as it was sent over 200 miles away, and my parents don't want to hang it up. I still have yet to receive my digital copy that I paid $10 extra dollars for. I love the idea of this service, but the execution was more than disappointing. My stepmom said the final product looked like a kindergartener cut out the head from a print and glued it to a painting.
