I ordered one of these for my wife. It turned out great. I decided to order another one as a family. I had to do more than a few revisions, and finally asked for a refund. I was told they didn't do refunds and wanted to keep working it until I was happy. It was obvious to me that the proportions weren't quite right. I finally gave up and said it was good enough, because I dint want to devote anymore time to the picture. It was already a week too late and was not available for the occasion I originally got it for because of all the revisions. Doubt I would do it again.

It’s ok. Just kinda looks like a mediocre print of a photoshop job. Does not look like it was “painted” at all as they advertise. Overall, not very happy about this impulse purchase. Would not recommend.

Process was quick, but final product was less than impressive. The likeness of the woman was less than realistic nor complementary. The shading of the 3 subjects did not match well. It seemed like they were all lighted from different sources of light & brightness. I thought your artist would be able to compensate & blend the headshots with better artistry.

Someone very beloved to me is getting this portrait for Christmas--she saw the one I got for another member of the family and raved about it, so I ordered this one! Both portraits are unbelievably gorgeous and true to the appearance of the subjects! I won't be able to see their faces, because they are 1,000 miles away, but I know how happy they will be! I asked for a slight revision in the process of the production of the painting, providing more of a description of what I needed done, and the artists fulfilled it fabulously with a very short turn-around time. I can't say enough about how wonderful this service is!

I think everyone wants the picture looks beautiful, the picture I ordered have the same problem about the neck too short or too long. We don't want a funny picture on the wall. We want it to look real and beautiful. We don't want it to look fake and your friends come to your house and laughing at it. So, I would love to see more improvement. Like you don't have to make it look exactly like the original picture but make it more beautiful than the original. Make people say WOW!.

I like the overall product, but when picking a photo be sure to get one that has the person at a similar angle. My head and my daughter's head look a bit funny even with back and forth to edit them. My husband came out great.

This. Is. EVERYTHING!! I got this as a gift for my wife and she was just tickled. We laugh every time we look at it (mounted over our fireplace in all its aristocratic glory) and it gets rage reactions from everyone that sees it. My only regret is that it's not larger--I upgraded to the 18x24 and it's great, but something even larger (like 28 x 34 or even 38x44) would be EPIC! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone and everyone. Will definitely be doing this again as our family grows and even as single portraits. You won't be disappointed!
