The King and Queen photo is fine. The customer service is lousy. I wrote to the company to ask where my rough draft photo was, so I could see how things were coming along. It took 5 days for a human being to answer me, and when they did, they said that I had already approved the photo and it was in production. I did not approve it. Seems that my city was having Internet problems during this period so I never got the e mail to approve. TurnMeRoyal just followed their procedure and sent the picture into production. It was okay, but I would not recommend this company. Too long to respond to customer service issues, no phone number at all to deal with.

I was a repeat customer and got an email advertising a sale. I clicked on it and was taken to their website. On landing page, thereās a highlight over 8x10 size and said āOur most Popular sizeā so I thought thatās what I was buying. Thats what I bought before.
Instead I spent $64 for a digital copy. After two weeks when I asked whereās my shipment only then did they inform me. I explained above and they refused to refund anything.

First shipment was damaged by FedEx and lost in transit. I received a replacement, but it was just the canvas in the box. I paid for extra shipping protection, but my portrait wasnāt even wrapped in plastic, just th canvas in a box. The end result is great! But exigent circumstances lead me to leave 4 stars instead of five.

I really want to say I thank you for your patience and understanding and they were very pleased that I ordered it so on the wedding they would actually get to put it up on their wall and I can send in a video of their reaction I have a situation a problem, between me and Walgreens somehow I've lost my digital copy I no longer have it in my email and they did not receive it is a way that I can have one sent to me so that I can personally take my phone to Walmart and have them try and recover it so that we can have the digital one printed out. I was very disappointed when I received it and saw that it was not hand painted as advertised buy just a quick photo shop. It's a cool idea but not worth the price. I could have done it myself for $12, but I thought it was going to be painted not just photo shopped and printed onto a canvas.

I purchased two of their photos. A single (Viking King) for my son, and the King & Queen for my sister and brother in law. Neither seemed to be quite right. They were funny, but for the price I paid, I would have hoped more attention to detail would have been given.
