When I first found this, I thought it was a drawing of the photo (the face) we supplied. Until I saw the first draft, i honestly wasnāt quite happy with it as it looked to me they simply ākeyā the face of the photo to the painting and the angle of the face didnāt quite tally with the body etc. Even I asked for amendments to it 2-3 times, I was still not happy but thought there was not much I can do.
Until I received it and I presented it to an important friend as a gift in a birthday party. It turned out to be quite good and everyone in the party loved it.
Also, the delivery was quick. Overall, I am very happy with the end product.
One thing i would like to suggest is after I clicked the āapprovalā button, there was no way I can add a frame to the painting. Perhaps the buying process should be reviewed.

The photo we had created did not look good. We were able to create something of similar quality with Microsoft paint. We decided to go ahead and cancel as we werenāt satisfied with our portrait. We were only refunded 80% despite the website stating we could get a full refund. Maybe our dad just doesnāt take good pics but I would not recommend.

I have already shared the video of him opening the box where he laughted and was amazed to see himself, then wondered where you had gotten the picture of him - that was such a good picture of him he said. I was very upset because one of my photos ordered came without being framed, my mistake I guess but too bad the Company did not offer to fix it, so I will find someone local. Another issue I have had was not matching skin tone from another order I made of my husband and myself...if you are Brown like me if you pick a photo with arms out you will notice a difference, they made me white.

As a gag gift, itās ok. As far as there being an actual artist that redraws your face - false. Itās clearly computer generated with zero human influence. Avoid the larger sizes as itās not worth the additional cost. The proofing process notes were ignored and they just sent my picture without final approval, again supporting zero actual drawing. It does not look realistic for people of color and larger bodied. My body proportions and color was way off. Simply does not look as real as advertised. No better than a SnapChat filter printed on canvas.

It's extremely difficult to communicate with this company.
I have been trying to reach out for some assistance with 2 of my 4 ordered pictures, but to no avail. No one replies to me not helps me.
I Never received any emails notices to approve 3 of the 4 pictures. Instead I had to go searching for them in their website portal by inserting my order number. I was surprised to see all of the completed pictures just sitting there. Why hasn't I ever rec'd any notice that they were completed and ready for my review?!?!
Once I initiated this search and found my pictures, I wrote to the company the 2 of the 4 were awful and not approved by me.
Also, I then sent additional emailed messages to them about this, just to make certain that my dissatisfaction of the 2 pictures was communicated to the necessary dept.
Nope! My efforts didn't help.
They did not reply to me and they proceeded to mail me all 4 pictures to my home. Crap! I am so aggravated with this company! My entire family also Hates these 2 particular pictures! They are sooooo wrong! Wrong. Wrong.
And still I cannot receive any communication nor assistance from this company. I paid a lot for these 4 pictures. Two of which are sooo wrong!
The King picture is awful and the Sapphire Queen picture is awful!
Nobody in the company is reaching out to me to help me.

I got my husband the 18x24 of himself only. It turned out wonderful! I initially asked for them to lighten under my husbandās chin/neck area because his facial hair was oddly dark in the picture Iād picked. They were able to do that perfectly. After it was ready for review, I noticed the portrait I picked didnāt come with a crown. I asked them for a revision with a crown & it turned out nice. Only bummer was, I ordered before Christmas & it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I wish Iād asked for the crown in my original order, because I believe that the 2nd revision & it being Christmas time obviously delayed my gift to my husband & it arrived a week after Christmas. I did also have to email support after submitting the 2nd revision since it took quite a while to receive the ok for the āfinal check,ā & shipping confirmation. Anyhow, I like the really like final product & will be ordering 4 more of each of our family to put going up our stairwell.

Iāve contacted you numerous times regarding this order and no response. This was a Christmas gift and I ordered it along with 2 others. Your ad stated it would be delivered in time for Christmas. This piece was half of a set, the Queen and the King. I received the others timely and this piece didnāt arrive with the others. I began contacting you a week before Christmas. No response. Iāve contacted you after Christmas and no response. Christmas came and went, family came and went. Eventually this piece arrived but my family had already left town. Such a disappointment. I had to ship the set to them at $20 cost to me and never got to see them open them. What are you going to do about this ? I havenāt started commenting on your site yet until I heard your response. I hope I can get a refund on this piece. I could reverse charges with my bank and easily win. Please let me know what you plan to do about this. Although all of the pieces were excellent the lack of one by Christmas ruined it all.

I was very disappointed with my whole experience. I had contacted customer service multiple times without any reply. There isnāt a phone number to contact anyone so that was frustrating. I have seen other potraits that looked great, mine did not look like a painting at all. It looked very computer generated. Iām giving it 2 stars only because the recipient liked it but it wasnāt the reaction I hoped for. I wouldāve preferred to return it but it was a gift.
