Looked like a jacked up photos hop that cut and pasted out face on the portrait. I asked for a refund and instead the resent the picture and made it more messed up. I needed up going through a dispute with the card company that took months since turn me royal refused to refund us. I didn't even get the canvas so I'm not sure y I was given the chance to review. Save your money.

This photo cost around $80. I sent them 4 emails to tell them NOT to send the picture without correcting the digital flaw that made it look like my arm was severed in 2 places. They sent it anyway...even though acknowledging my requests! I'm supposing these are AI generated. It was not noticeable when I approved it. It looked like the portrait of the lady had on bracelets. I took a screen shot to show my husband and upon enlarging it...that's how I noticed it! ConsIdering I ordered 9 portraits...I think "Turn Me Royal" should make this error right!! If you order...make sure you inspect these portraits head to toe BEFORE approving them for print!

The overall result was a great gift and the recipients loved the thought and outcome. However, the royal robe on the lady bled into the background as it was NOT the regal blue as depicted on the website. It was dark gray/black/brown and it just faded into the chair and background. You really couldn't distinguish between her robed silhouette and the chair. We as the purchasers knew what a vibrant blue it should have been and were really disappointed. We wish it had been as depicted on the website.

They got her perfectly. When I got the proof back, I wasnāt in love with how my head looked, and they tweaked it and got it right.
I also asked them to change the color of The Lady's chair to purple (my wifeās favorite color) and they obliged,
When it showed up, it looked even better than I expected.
My only complaint is not about this experience, but selection. I originally wanted to do a portrait with me, my wife, to sons and daughter at Christmas. However, for all the options, they didnāt have that combination of people.
