I asked twice for correction and with the crunch of Christmas that was nearing I accepted it reluctantly. I kept asking to make the man’s face portrait like the girl was. The man’s face looks like I cut out a picture of him and pasted on. Totally different from the girl and they didn’t make any corrections feasible.

This company has so far managed to turn what should have been a fun gift for my wife into a miserable, aggravation. They took my money and then tell me I ordered a “digital” picture instead of a picture on a canvas. During the order process I was given a choice of canvas sizes. I picked the one I wanted, but then they come back and tell me I only ordered a “digital” picture. Why the fu$€ would I do that?! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer dealings of this company!!!!!

I want one for my husband he would love this and totally want to wear the suit of armor! Where did you get the outfits let alone that horse? And who took the photo? It had to be in a different country! We don’t have forest that come close to that! Was this photo taken in South Africa?( I had just been there recently.)
I was so thrilled and excited that I played along for the fun of it and then said, it was a blast! A moment in time we shalt not forget!

So disappointed! I just received my 2nd picture - the first came and was very distorted and an 8 x 10 despite thinking I had ordered the larger size they say in their advertising is the most popular !
But I thought maybe I made a mistake - and was still excited about the possibility of getting a great gift. And they advertised guaranteed by. Christmas!
I decided to order again, choosing a different template that I thought might be less distorted and carefully chose the larger (I believe 24 x 26) size!
A few weeks later they sent the twmplate and said if they didn’t hear from me in a couple days it would be sent to print ! It looked amazing! But I noticed again it indicated it was an 8X 10 - I immediately responded - telling them I knew I had ordered the larger size - I got an instant reply - message has been received - due to holidays it may be as many as 5 days before you hear from us. About 5 days later I received the exact same email - and again responded I know I ordered the larger size please correct this before sending to print - and again received the same - 5 day response time - again about a week later I received the exact same email - stating if they didn’t hear from me it would be sent to print - followed immediately with a sent to print! Two weeks later - 4 days after Christmas it arrived - the picture this time was much better - but it was an 8 x 10. Such a disappointment considering I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first picture arrived - and then communicated with the company twice attempting to alert them if the mistake - not to mention what was supposed to be the best Christmas gift EVER - arrived several days after Christmas.

I was so excited to give this picture to my wife for Christmas, then the picture arrived and I was so disapointed/let down... I ordered 2 paintings, the 2nd one looked great but the one of us on the horse looks absolutely horrible, its so ridiculous... From this picture alone, I would not recommend let alone buy ever again. I like the portrait a lot. The unlimited adjustments and revisions are great. You just have to be very detailed in what you want done. I would say it was an ok experience. There was some miss communication between us and that was frustrating. Overall I would purchase another, because it’s a very fun gift.
