Portrait is great! However, customer service was very poor. I ordered my portrait near Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift. After order confirmation and approving the portrait I received zero communication until the first week of January when it shipped. A week before Christmas I attempted to contact customer service for an order update. My email was never answered. So the product is quite nice but it arrived two weeks after Christmas with zero communication

I purchased this portrait for Mother's Day. My mother recently turned 86 years old and when she opened the box and unwrapped the portrait she laughed so hard i thought she was going to have a heart attack. I haven't seen my mother laugh this hard in many, many years. She took pictures of it and showed it some of the neighbors and friends at church. We even had a few neighbors stop by to see the portrait for themselves and they were amazed. I will definitely be ordering more portraits from my three girls in the future. I really like my portrait I got. The artist I got was good though I feel like it is a toss up on whether you get a good or a not so great artist on here. See my other review for my other experience in which I went through three rounds of corrections because artist left off something I specifically asked for! And I still wasnāt happy with final product, yeah I looked ugly and Iām not an ugly gal. I dunno if they were rushed because of the thanksgiving holiday or what!
Anywayā¦.this personal portrait of me was a better experience and the artist did a great job. Even made sure the angle of my face and features lines up with the bodyās which face it we all know is not actually mine lol but I appreciated that a lot so my blue as does not look cut and pasted onto the body or terribly photoshopped. The artist also listened to my request to make the head bigger to look more proportionate to the shoulders and I only needed one correction before I was happy! Artists made me look really pretty and even put in a hairstyle a requested and reduced some facial redness. I look like the best version of myself which I totally love and appreciate! Thanks a bunch!
(But yeah see my other review of the Two Ladies, a Grecian style portrait of my sister and I for another one star experience, I didnāt even upload that one I hate it soo much! At least itās going to her lol) anyway, Iām pleased with the this one :)
