This looked so good. I had ordered similar type products from other companies in the past, e.g. bobble heads, etc, but this one definitely looked the most like the photos I submitted. I wrote and asked for the hair color to be changed a little bit after I saw the initial proof and it was fixed perfectly by the next day. The quality of the canvas was very good. I highly recommend this company! I was thrilled with the final product!

I felt like a bait and switch on the initial 60% off promo. I paid the original 60% off price, very nice, then made a change to the picture and added a frame. What should have cost about $80 ending up cost almost double that. I needed the pic for a gift so didn’t cancel…but would highly recommend people look at pricing all the way through so you know what the total cost will be…not as good of deal as originally advertised.
The quality and ease of uploading and picture was very good. The packaging in shipping was horrible. The picture was in a plastic bag…no cushioning or protection for the picture. It was a miracle the picture wasn’t damaged. Overall I was say 3.5 stars out of 5.

The hair on the queen was very dark roots with blond hair.I didn't understand about requesting a redo. It was my mistake by not asking it to be redone. I ordered five more different types of portraits and the last one was my friend with Prince Charming and her hair was also dark brown at the roots and blonde it doesn't look good that way. It looks like they need to get some highlights on those roots to do a root touch up. I hope this helps your artist to lighten up those roots a little bit on blondes.Thanks
