The product is amazing but the customer service and empathy is lacking. I was disappointed that the portrait would not arrive by mother's day even with adding the $30 expedited option (and surprised since I selected from a mother's day add). Only after the item didn't arrive the day after mother's day as I was promised did I receive a refund of the expedited processing. I was told that I needed to approve my portrait by May 5th to arrive on time but wasn't even given the opportunity until May 6th so I'm not sure how that was going to happen from my May 4th order? I plan on filing a civil suit to recover the remainder of my cost. I will never use your service again and have already told many people that commented on the portrait to not order from you and to find someone else that will give better service. Best of luck.

Never received my painting even though the tracking information showed that it was delivered. Went to Turn Me Royal for assistance and they instructed me to take it up with USPS. I went to USPS and filed a claim and they ran a tracer on it and couldnāt find anything. Mail carrier may have delivered to the wrong house. Nothing anyone can do about it and Iām out $XX.XX. This was supposed to be a Valentines Day gift too which made it even more annoying. So yeah, 1 star.
