Well I guess I mis understood what I was getting, I thought I was actually getting a canvas photo , and apparently it is a 59.00 digital pic they send you to download to somewhere on your phone that you canāt find , I thought it was a canvas and now I donāt have anything no pic to send off to print onto a canvas or a pic to even see on my phone , very upsetting will never do this again

I gave this to my hard-to-buy-for husband for Christmas. He loved it! He is a bigger guy so the wider body for this portrait was perfect. A lot of the other portraits would have looked unrealistic. I bought the Viking portrait with my husband's likeness. It would have been awesome (the digital print I approved looked great!)....but the proportions were off on the canvas print. His head looks huge and his hands look super tiny. We jokingly refer to it as "Ragnar Tinyhands".

By far the WORST experience I have had ordering anything online ever. I ordered this a month ago (Nov 26th), 2 days later I got an email to reviww, I did and approved the design. That is the last I have heard from them. I sent 2 customer service emails to not hear anything back. When I check the status it says shipped and that "I'll get tracking information when available" never received that. This website seems like a scam. I'm out a birthday present for my brother now and his birthday is tomorrow.
