I lead up to the picture for My best Friend Pam Foster with a Birthday card with a Crown on it and me saying to Your Highness..which she questioned, then an old Royalty magazine I had found and a beautiful glittery Crown Christmas Tree topper, I randomly discovered. She said..I love Royalty things...but I know she was confused why I was giving her those things. Then she opened the picture I had wrapped in some gold velvet fabric I had. She said.. I am scared..while untying the gold string..not having a clue what was about to change her Status in Life...she gasped in absolute shock and sat in amazement at her Beautiful Duchess picture. She said..oh my gosh I have seen these. Never expecting to actually have one of herself. She said..Oh I look so good!! She kept gazing at it with her mouth open in amazement.
I laughingly told her it could be her Funeral Picture..she cracked up with that thought!
I did video her while opening her picture..she said are you Videoing me?? Why??? She said.. just take pictures. I said nope not this time. So glad I did!! When we were sitting outside she said oh please let me see the video. We both laughed over and over by her reaction as we replayed it again and again picking up on different little things each time.
I did try down loading the video to your site, but it was too long...I don't have a clue how to edit it shorter. She was so excited to think of displaying the grouping of gifts together to show her Family who will be coming for Thanksgiving.
It made her Day! It made her Life!! Thanks for offering such a Creative way for people to See Themselves as something they never dreamed of being possible.

I made two portraits, one for my daughter as a birthday gift and one for my parents. I loved them so much , my father passed away in 2015 and my mom lives in another country . My mom calls her portrait “ My Mills and Boon cover” she misses my dad so much . She looks at it every night and every morning.
