I am both elated and disappointed in my order. I went back and forth several times trying to get exactly what I wanted and the artist, for the most part, got everything perfect, except one thing. The gemstone in the necklace is cockeyed, lying at an angle instead of straight. I tried 3 times to try and straighten it but for some reason it just wasn’t happening, so I got frustrated and gave up. It’s a good thing that I’m a certified Copic artist and will try to fix it myself.
Other than that, I am absolutely thrilled with it!

Not only did I not receive the portrait but I received the wrong one. Customer service took over a month to respond and have not only acted slow with no sense of urgency they wanted me to return the wrong portrait at my cost and only get a 80% discount on a replacement. It’s been two months now. I have notified the attorney generals office, I have disputed my issue with my credit card company with all the emails and proof of original approved painting and the one I received. I still haven’t received a refund or final resolution. The company has changed names three times which explains a lot. They also digitally convert the photo you send. It’s not hand drawn by artists. Just a joke and a lot of wasted time! Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible terrible terrible response time! DONT BUY!!! Run!!!

Can't believe I actually approved the proof. Worst photoshop job I've ever seen. Her head looks so unnatural on top of the pre-made queen setup. These so-called actual artists could have put her head at an angle or something more natural looking but I guess it's just the result of AI.

I was beyond impressed with how the portrait turned out. Admittedly, I was skeptical that a cropped head onto a painting would not be visible, but it looks great, so great that it looks like a real painting of my wife as the Glorious Queen. She loved it and we love it.

Great end product. Absolute nightmare order processing, shipping and seller communication! Website does not properly update to reflect correct order status. In fact my order status on their site STILL says "awaiting printing". I've already received the painting! Sent multiple communications via the website and provided "support" email. Waited days a days for reply. Once tracking number was provided via email. Tracking was ridiculous! Order left California spent 5 days in Nevada, then 5 more days in Texas before finally arriving in Colorado where it was sent to. May not be directly "TurnMeRoyal's" fault but that's what you get when you ship with the lowest cut-rate shipping company! So, that IS TurnMeRoyal's fault!
