I read some bad reviews about the company/product online after submitting my order and I won't lie, I had concerns. I was beyond happy to be proven wrong. The photo came out great and the person I got it for LOVES it. I deal with customers all of the time so I would give these folks the benefit of the doubt. It's a unique product. I'm sure the hiccups in the past were a result of the product being more popular than expected and not enough staff to turn them out fast enough for an impatient society.

What a great experience overall. The website is super easy to navigate, the uploading is easy and ordering as well. I like they take paypal as a payment option. They are great at keeping you informed of the processing of your picture and when it gets to you its nicely sealed and well protected.
