I got this for my father for Father's day. It took 24 hours before I understood his reaction. From the video, you can see him get up and run off to a different room. He didnt want us to see him crying. It was not until the next day that he talked to me. He said that when he looked at the portrait, he literally seen a ghost. At first glance, he seen his deceased father and instead of seeing the robe, he thought it was Angel wings. His daddy has been gone for over 20 plus years. As my father has gotten older in years, he looks so much like his own daddy. I would have never imagined his reaction would have been what it was. For 24 hours I thought my daddy was so upset with me and couldnt figure out why. Now that he has taken a second look at the picture, he loves it.

I feel this was scammy. I ordered a portrait that was not digital only. But your rep said I ordered digital only even after admitting a glitch in the system. I had picked the size and shipping address and everything. I got screwed and you are not rectifying it. I plan to blast every review site I can with my experience in hopes of at least one person not getting ripped off.

Didn’t turn out how I thought. Wanted to make changes and followed up with questions that they didn’t get back to. This ultimately ended up getting the shipping wrong and the gift didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. The print installed was kind of underwhelming for the price.

Very very happy! I sent in two photos, one of the pose I wanted and one to show the correct hair color (the one with the pose didn’t really show dad’s hair is more auburn than brown/gray). I asked them to draw it with the right hair color, and they had no issues or questions. They handled it no problem.
It turned out FANTASTIC, it arrived sooner than I expected. Quick turn around, and the canvas and frame are sturdy, feels like good quality.
I DID send them photos from a few years ago, so the painting does make him look younger. But that was my choice, and is definitely deliberate on my part, and is NOT an issue with the accuracy of the artists. I just figured… if I’m gonna make him a king, why not?
But the artists were spot on with his likeness from the photos I sent them. 100%, they’re fantastic and I’m so pleased.
