Thought I was paying for a canvas print. Even approved the "proof" picture that I was asked to approve before it was sent off to the "artists." Waited and waited for my canvas and got an e-mail asking how I liked my portrait. I responded that I had not received anything yet. Only to be told that I bought the digital only. $59.00 to have a head photoshopped onto a body. NEVER AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED!

When I ordered, the site said I was getting the size up from 8x10. It also said I’d review the artwork within 2 days. It took 6 days. When approved it, the site said it was for an 8x10 but I could upgrade to a larger size for approx $20, rather than fight it I said ok. It took 17 days to get the item and of course, it was an 8x10. It was a bait and switch on the sizing. Also, it was bit irresponsible for such intense advertising leading up to Christmas. This company could not stand by their advertised timelines. The picture itself was fine, but I wouldn’t work with this company again.

We were very picky about what we wanted done. My husband has extra large hands because he's a rancher and they accommodated that. Having more hair on his head when he was younger. Making sure he had hazel eyes etc. I really try their best. I got one for me and now we're going for a couple one also. They are just so unique. I recommend them you'd be surprised how hard they try.
