I am very dissatisfied with my purchase, as is the friend that I purchased it for although he wonāt say anything, I know that he doesnāt like it. I am down here visiting in Florida with him, and it is embarrassing to look at. I am very unhappy with it, I would like to be able to either send another photo or get my money completely back. Iāll start by saying my husband thinks itās hilarious & was really happy with the gift. However, the customer service experience killed it for me. I ordered in late November for a Christmas gift. It arrived January 6th, and when I say there was NO communication that this would be the case, I mean NONE. Customer service would take almost a week to get back to me each time, and would basically say āyour order is processingā, which I already knew from my order status page. In addition, the company claims that it will āeditā your portrait until youāre happy with it. That is FALSE. I requested a fairly simple edit, and they would send it back and literally nothing was done/different- it looked exactly the same as before. This went back & forth several times. Finally, I just requested a different portrait option, which they did grant without a problem. Itās likely that this is what held up processing/production of our portrait, and thatās ok- they could have just said that! But, again there was no clear communication about eta/delivery, and very slow customer service responses. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience for an expensive gift. I wish I could shake the portrait until all the hours of my life that this company wasted fell out.

Way smaller than I thought it would be, I guess I just thought it was a cute idea and didn't think for $70 it would be so small. Small enough my husband didn't realize it was a king-like picture and thought I made a picture of him in a dress and was pretty mad. The color of his skin wasn't adjusted so his head is super bright compared to the photo.
It took so long to get response to the edit I didn't want to submit another one hoping it would be here by Christmas and it still wasn't.
It's not an actual painting, but for $70 I didn't expect it to be.
I would not purchase this again, I would just use my photoshop and make my own with similar results and half the price.

My other order: āThe Grand Marshalā order 154946 was supposed to be sent to my step-father, Charles Streat, at: 9780 Boyton Canyon Dr., Frisco TX 75035 YET TO BE DELIVERED, was also for Fatherās Day but my email says it was delivered. IT WAS NOT.
