It’s a great idea in theory, but the actual product leaves much to be desired. First, I wasn’t informed that purchasing the digital file would be low quality, not for a larger size print. It’s an extra cost for high resolution digital.
My husband’s head & nose are so distorted, and I sent a picture of my little boy, and they first sent a proof of him as a girl in the dress, then when I requested a baby boy outfit, they left on some sort of bizarre headpiece that ever asks me-what’s that? I’m also paler than all of my family, but for some reason they gave me a Donald Trump orange tan. The only person happy with the image is my daughter, so came out fine.

Before ordering I asked customer service many questions regarding what could be done and what couldn’t. After being reassured what I was asking could definitely be done, I received the first rendering and was not happy with the portrait based on what I requested and what customer service stated the artist could do. I rejected the first attempt and sent back to them with changes I needed. I took weeks with no retouch so I emailed and canceled the order. Customer service stated the best the could refund was 75% and stuck me with paying $45 for a portrait I never received. I would never recommend Turn Me Royal, and should be Screwed Me Royally instead.

It was a fun gift to give but the quality of the faces being imposed on your template was poor and not at all convincing, especially for the kiddos. Over touched and not well aligned…perhaps one face is the way to go. Thanks for the laughs

The photo was never received. I have sent several emails to the company and they send the standard automatic reply that they will respond, but they do not.
Also this item was shown to be lost in the mail, at one point the company said they would reprint and send but this has not happened.
It’s like the order never existed and with all that they keep sending me emails to review the product.
I am very frustrated and feel this is a fail on their part.
Disappointed also as this was a gift.

I bought this for my best friend who is truly a queen! Her beautiful family was completed with here puppy and baby. TurnMeRoyal outdid themselves and converted the Queens family image to include their puppy. My best friend loved it move than I could have ever imagined. I truly love the picture as does my wife. She's happy to see herself illustrated as the queen she always knew she was . Only suggestion is that it would be great to have these images available in larger sizes like 24x36, 36x48. If you had a billboard size option, I'd probably get that too . Love this idea!!! We will definitely be buying another one before too long.

My wife got this for me for Fathers Day! I was crying laughing when I opened it! We love to have fun, and this is a perfect addition to our home!!! On a technical side, the portrait is done amazingly well. If I didn’t know better I would think that this is 100% a real painting/print from an old original. Just awesome!!!!

It was well received. But you might not like the rest I have to say. I sent questions at the beginning (am older and not very good with computer) and your responses were just forms or never really helped. Thought I'd stop by your office in Laguna Beach and found out it was just a mail drop. Didn't like the way one person was portrayed and sent pictures, which you said was useless. Why? Finally got it all straightened out but it was a struggle.
