Was Tony paid upgraded? I guess clicking the button did absolutely nothing by the time I got it it was already a day before the day. It was supposed to be given as a gift and I didnāt see the charge until after the order was already basically here, so how was I supposed to know their website didnāt fix it And now Iām at a loss if 75 bucks for a crap ai painting and there customer service was awful

Terrible customer service. I requested in my original order that a dog be included in the pic and it wasnāt. I was sent a rendering without the dog and I asked to respond within 72 hours if I wanted any changes made. I responded immediately asking for the dog to be added. I got a second request for a response to which I repeated my request for the dog to be added.. I then got a message saying āsince you never requested any changes the pic would be sent as isā .. I received it.. no dog. I made multiple requests for the change and they were acknowledged but then I was told I didnāt make the request. Itās all in the email thread between me and the representatives. I was told the second rendering would be made after sorting out the mistake. The second rendering Didnāt HAVE THE DOG IN IT. Iāve been asking for a manger to speak to and have never been given that info. Just today I was sent an invoice for $20 to add the dog. This was a gift for a 40th birthday which now wonāt be ready because of several mistakes made by your staff. No happy at all..

I ordered this as a Christmas present and the canvas came punctured with a wall hook in the front. I have contacted your support email multiple times to get this resolved and no one has responded. I would like a refund for the horrible customer service and ruined present.

I bought this for my dad for his 65th birthday. He has a pretty awesome grandpa name, and it sounds very kingly. I felt he needed a portrait to gaze upon whilst seated on his throne (his recliner). He loved it! I love it! It turned out better than expected! The first time I placed an order I got the same size but different setting for my husband, and the printer made streak lines in the corner until I noticed it was too late to ask for a replacement. Iām glad that didnāt happen to this one.

Still don't have it to actually review. It hasn't even shipped according to the website, and I placed/paid on 12/6/23.
Shipped was slated for 1-2 days after printing, which was a few days after the review, so it would have shipped mid-December. Still no tracking number from the company, I've emailed 3 times with no response.
I will update again when (if) I receive the products I ordered and paid for! I should have received them prior to Christmas according to the original shipping quote.

The team was very patient with my requests. I had an issue with the placement of the dogās leg and it was difficult to convey via words. So I sent an email and circled exactly where I wanted the leg and it was resolved. So if youāre having problems, just shoot them an email where you can attach a picture and they can fix it for you.
Donāt rush the process, they will make it exactly how you want it!
