I have yet to receive the portrait. It is now 10 days overdue and I have not been able to get anyone within the company to respond to my inquiries of where it would be. The FedEx tracking number that was once available stop to being available and I have no idea where, the portrait might Have gone. I have now inquired twice about the location. I would really hope to get it soon, as it was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift.

I am giving this review because I received an email asking me to, signed off "king regards, which I assume means "kind regards". Not surprising given the poor customer service I received with my order. Just know that if you make an order and need to change something, you cannot call this company. You can only contact through email, and it takes days to reach someone. You will likely hear back from a "Leyla", who doesn't actually read your email (or does not have good reading comprehension). I accidentally ordered the smallest size. I realized my mistake immediately but because they only take emails, no one got back to me for a day or so. Then it took a few emails for them to understand that I wanted to GIVE THEM MORE MONEY and get a bigger size. They happily took more money. Then they finally sent the pic and it was still the smallest size. Several emails (and weeks) later, and after submitting lots of photographic evidence and bank statements and such, I finally got refunded for the extra money they took. The picture is fine. It's not a real painting. It's an AI generated painting printed into a canvas. It was for fun and the recipient liked it so I am giving this two stars instead of one. Buyer beware.

Picture that arrived did not arrive like the one they sent for approval. Now they want 20 extra dolls for their mistake. Makes zero sense since it goes against their “policy”. Very unhappy with their customer service.
