Love, love, love our portrait! I can't wait to see my sister unwrap it at Christmas! I purchased the canvas print for her. The digital copy was also well worth it to be able to get copies made when everyone sees it at Christmas. Great quality and they were able to customize it just like I asked.

This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law. I was very nervous to do this initially but went through a number of revisions with my fingers crossed. It's simply beautiful, even better than I'd hoped. I wrapped it and carefully repackaged it in a larger box and mailed it off to them. The package arrived safely yesterday and now I must wait until Christmas for their reaction. I plan to ask my grandson to film them opening it so I can get their reaction. It really is a gorgeous "painting."

I am very disappointed in the picture. My daughter is depicted as Game of Thrones with her Great Dane. The dog is positioned too low and his chest is on the bottom wrap if the frame. I would like him to be higher in the photo and his full chest showing on the front of the picture. It would be ok to cover her right hand, as he should be about midway above the elbow. He is a very big dog and should be a larger part of the picture. I do t think she will like it at all. I have been in Italy for a month and have just returned to see it. I bought 4 of these….one for each person in my family…and I plan to give them as presents on Christmas Day. I can’t wait. I will have everyone open them at the same time and I will record it! Lol

It looks really weird. Someone didn't bother to make it look real. They just superimposed my mom’s face without taking into consideration how to fit it properly in the picture.

Can’t wait to give this as a Christmas gift to our children who live in England! The integration of their photos into the portrait was absolutely amazing! So realistic. This will be a perfect gift to treasure for years to come.

Couldn't get the digital copy to download correctly. I have a copy but it won't open so I'm not sure its a good product. Unhappy.

I purchased this as a gift for someone having a 50th birthday party and added the photo of her French bulldog that had just passed away and she was very very touched.

My husband asked who the portrait was of. It was him! Le didn’t think it looked like him. The teeth were all wrong. Beautiful, but not his, as in the photo sent to you. It’s in the trash. I’m soo disappointed

You all dropped the ball completely and didn’t provide the pre for me to approve. Completely dissatisfied. Every ad on social media I will be putting my dissatisfaction and a buyer be ware on Facebook and Instagram.

This was a great gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. They thought it was fantastic! I was really pleased with the final product and speed of delivery.

Cooper is so thrilled to be turned into royalty! You may not be able to tell from the picture, but that's about as excited as he gets. My picture of the picture doesn't do it justice - the actual picture is much more vibrant in color than the photo reflects. My husband and I absolutely love it and can't thank you enough!

I’ve never received any portrait. I paid from a rush order, tried to change the photo used and never heard anything back. I tried to get it for Father’s Day.

I had a poor experience. Turn Me Royal has false advertising. The add touts "hand draw", but they are just copy and pasted and not very good at that. I had to reject the submissions over and over and finally just gave up and accepted what was presented. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I'm telling all my friends to find a cheaper company.

I liked the idea of this as a gift. However, the AI-generated picture did not turn out very well for my purchase. The faces look melted, so I ended up with a canvas I can't give as a gift.

It was beautifully done and an easy process! Memories were made.

I was really excited to order this portrait for my husband for Father’s Day. After multiple attempts to communicate with someone at turn me Royal to make changes to the proportion of his head size I just gave up. I’m not really sure this is a real company with real people. It just feels like a scam.

I've purchased two of these this last year, both as fun birthday surprises. The recipients loved them!!

I was unable to download the image in order to print it. There was no response when attempted to email for support. Disappointed and unable to give to my dad.

I saw the ad and decided to get a protrait for my husband. I choose the style and sent in a picture of my husband as required. The initally protrait received for review looked nothing like my husband. I had to request a revision at least 7 times (I actually lost count). I got so very frustrated because when one thing got corrected, the artist or artists changed something else that did not need to be changed. It was so annoying, I had to ask them if they were doing this on purpose because in my mind professional artists wouldn't produce that kind of work and consider it completed when the quality was so bad/off. I had issues such as but not limited to: the complexion being wrong, the nose shape completely wrong, the eyes completely different, the quality of the painting itself looked really poor - meaning it didn't look clear, discolouration of the protrait - like white spots on different areas of the face. I was so disappointed, however in the end I got a product that I was satisfied with but I would never use your services again because it was too stressful.

Turned out exactly as advertised!

Love the picture and so does the subject, my husband. Ordered it off face book as it was guaranteed to be delivered by Father’s Day. Apparently missed the deadline though no where in the ordering process did it say that. I was ordering pretty close to Father’s Day so probably should have used common sense.

Unfortunately the picture did not look like the picture I sent. Instead of black hair they made the hair white the nose shape was different. I missed the email they sent to review the image which is my fault for sure but I am confused how they managed to take the picture I sent and make it look different. I used a photo that was positioned in a way that could have been a copy paste. With only a size alteration. My Mom and Dad were confused when they opened because they did not recognize the photo! Needless to say the anticipated Father’s Day gift fell flat. They don’t offer refunds after it is sent to print. Make sure you look out for the reveiw email!!

I was lead to believe that for 59.00 I would receive an actual canvas and digital, I received emails saying the painting was on the way. After a month, I never received it. Sent an email, was told it was digital only. SCAM!! Buyer beware!!

I can't open the digital picture.

They did a great job using the photo I sent and making my husband look like a real samurai.

None of the previews were available to see online. I had to contact customer service each time.

VERY EASY & SO CONVENIENT TO USE!!!

Unfortunately a proof was never sent to me nor an email updating shipping time. My emails requesting these were responded back to by automation. Finally after my purchase arrived I was sent an email updating me but by that time it was too late to approve the picture. The company stated they sent a proof but could never prove they did. Disappointed as we paid a good amount for a picture we did not approve of.

This was a horrible experience, my digital looked like shit no matter how much I tried to work with your company for resolution. I will never use you again. I have blasted all over Facebook and Instagram my horrible experience as well as friends family ext., so that no one else falls pray to this.
