My son’s 41st birthday gift, always wish to put a smile on his face! He works in law enforcement and the job and responsibility is very stressful. Also he was born a week before Christmas and I always try to add a little extra cheer to his birthday due to it being so close to Christmas. He loved it and his kids laughed with him, not at him! It was a success!

I didn't see any extra shipping protection when I opened the package and it did get damaged in shipping. It also got hung up at USPS so took a long time to get to me. Customer service was very responsive and got a new portrait shipped via Fed Ex.

I was both excited & disappointed in the print. I opened it when arrived and noticed a surface scratch on the lower half of his face. It was a gift for my grandsons 21st birthday and I knew that I couldn’t get a replacement in time for his birthday. He loved it & thought it was hilarious. If it had to get scratched I wish it hadn’t been on his face.

I love it. But it's hidden away until Christmas and I'm not taking it out until it's under the tree for my husband. In my eyes he is a king.

The shipping and packaging were the ONLY things in my order that were correct. Despite multiple email inquiries I NEVER received a preview to approve. There was a reason ..they did not follow ANY of the specs I sent on my order...not one. I didn't return it simply because After multiple emails to them it became clear that in spite of it all being their mistake -they were sending it anyway..just as they chose to print it. I will say the quality is good-but the customer service stunk. I'd choose another company if I ever wanted another..in fact we did order through another company for one and the product and service were excellent. At least if you offer options...honor them or communicate why you couldn't . And I have every single email between us. You NEVER sent a preview. Very poor customer service. They also refused to give me admin info in spite of multiple requests for it. Buyer beware .

I will give it to my daughter on her birthday in November. I know she will love it.

My brother, James Roberts of Wappingers Falls, NY never received the canvass Portrait as I ordered and paid for. I did not order the digital one. You can see on the original order, I chose a protective canvass as well. Please correct and send to him. I have purchased many portraits from Turn me Royal and have never had this problem. Thank you! I would hate to see how it would get shipped without this packaging. It wasn't anything special. Just placed in a thin cardboard box around the picture. I guess if you didn't order this it would be mailed to you in a envelope... lol... I don't know.

It turned out very nice, haven’t given it to him yet, not till end of August, but my sister really likes it, it’s of her husband.

I never received any picture. The online picture was terrible and I asked it to replace it and never received a response. I do not recommend. It was supposed to be my husband’s Father’s Day present.
