Absolutely the worst experience! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. They mixed up my pics! They never replied to my 25 or more emails. They have no telephone to speak to a human being. I have reported them to the BBB. The BBB said they could not reach them as well. What a great idea...to bad these people are doing this! They don't know what they are doing....they are asking me for a review when the product was returned to them a while ago. Turn you Royal will Turn you MAD!!

My mother loved it dearly. It surprised her with how beautiful it was and was completely flattering. The artist did a wonderful job on her and it was a complete compliment. I did ask for more flowers on the scenario, which came up on the preview but didn't come out on the final portrait. I think I offered to put them on there myself later. Which I might, but she did a wonderful job adding those to it too. =D
