The website claims an āartistā creates the piece, however it looks alike cheap photoshop. I sent it back to be fixed and the SAME portrait was sent to me again. It was not worth the price, would not recommend.

OMG Iām in Love with them! My husband told me he was going to have them made and asked for the photo I wanted to use. I was apprehensive at first because I didnāt want it to look like a caricature. I was PLEASANTLY surprised and GREATLY pleased. My husband loved working with the company and had nothing but great things to say about them. Unfortunately, I was not happy with what I received. When I received my email to approve the artwork, I requested a revision and was sent a new approval request with no changes made. I rejected it again and once again no changes were made. I finally just accepted it because I needed it as a Christmas gift and funny enough it arrive like the day after I approved it. I think it was accidentally shipped prior to me having the opportunity to review and approve it which is why none of my requested revisions were made. I receive shipping details three day after I had already receive the artwork.

Hello, I wish I could write the review as requested, but due to some shipping issues, I don't have it yet. (Order placed on 11/1/2023) It's been lost somewhere between Bridgeport, NJ and Abingdon, MD. It arrived in NJ on 11/13/2023 and has not been seen since. I can only assume no one came to work on 11/24 since I did not get a reply to my most recent email. If I don't get a satisfactory reply by close of business on Monday, 27 Nov. I will call my bank and dispute the charge for not delivering the product as promised and reach out to social media.

The photo I received is not as good as the print I approved. The photo I received had a dark background, which made the photo dark itself. One side of the nose is dark too. I will have prints made from the photo emailed to me with the lighter background and the portrait is lighter, the crown and Jewelry shines and glitters better in the emailed copy. The mailed portrait the make up is good, but the eyes are to dark. My eyes are light hazel and the face is little to full. I would like to order a much larger portrait with the corrections.
